High Street Inner City Living

Horizon was recently fortunate to be involved with a fantastic inner-city development in High Street Lower Hutt.

High Street Quarter is Lower Hutt’s first low-rise laneway development in central Hutt, and it is looking fantastic!

Like so many construction sites around NZ, we had to work through multiple covid19 challenges (a few little things like site lockdowns, isolation requirements, extreme shortages of both labour and materials).
